Notice of 2026 Budget Hearing for the Town of Florence, WI
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 65.90(4) of the Wisconsin Statutes that on Monday, November 17, 2025, the Town Board of the Town of Florence will meet at the Florence Community Center at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any citizen or taxpayer on the proposed Town budget for 2026. The public has a right to provide written and/or oral comments on the entire budget. A summary of the proposed budget is published herewith and copies of the complete proposed budget in detail are available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer in the Town Hall, 749 Central Avenue, Florence, Wisconsin at any time during usual business hours.

Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Florence, WI
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 17, 2025 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 budget, which begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING of the electors is called pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (c) of the WI Statues by the town board for the following purposes will be held:1. Pursuant to Section 60.10(3) of WI Statutes requesting the electors to grant authority to carry over any building fund surplus from year to year beginning with 2026.2. Pursuant to Section 60.10(2)(g) of WI Statutes to authorize the Town Board to sell (dispose of) Town real property, specifically parcel #10-1749-1
